Teilnahmebedingungen
The following cancellation conditions apply to cancellations:
- Cancellation by or before May 23, 2025: 100% refund of the participation fee minus CHF 70.- for additional administrative fee
- Cancellation after May 23, 2025: no refund can be made, and the full fee is due even if the invoice has not been paid to date
These conditions also apply in case of non-appearance of the participant, also in case of force majeure, prevention due to illness, accident or similar reasons of prevention.
Cancellation must be received in writing by mail to info(at)palliative.ch The registration of a substitute participant is possible without additional fees.
